Help for the ADVANCE app and the web version.

1. Contact us

Email andrew@advancece.app. Tell us the email address on your account (never your password) and what you were doing when the problem happened. If Signal showed a “Details for support” line, include it. Please do not send patient information.

2. Access and sign-in

• ADVANCE is provided to fire and EMS departments. Your access, classes and assignments come from your department; ask your training officer to invite you or to change your access.
• Forgot your password? Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen.

3. Signal answers

To report a Signal answer that is inaccurate, unsafe or offensive, use Report answer under the answer in the app. To review or withdraw your permission for Signal’s AI tutor, open AI privacy in Signal.
